Just my opinion.....


but, I am not sure Abby is not better than a lot of what they are currently putting in the circle. Of course, if she hasn't gotten some reps there recently or decided to focus on the hitting and fielding since that, at least in the opinion of the UVA staff, was her fastest path to PT, she might be rusty. Not the prototype of the collegiate D-1 pitcher but, in another bit of irony, while being their best, or one of their best hitters, she might have enough ability to help them in the circle as well.
